{"id":741,"date":"2021-12-22T14:00:48","date_gmt":"2021-12-22T14:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nakano-const.com\/?p=741"},"modified":"2021-12-23T08:34:51","modified_gmt":"2021-12-23T08:34:51","slug":"assistant-project-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nakano-const.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/22\/assistant-project-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>we are hiring<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8220;ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER&#8221;<\/h1>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Nakano Construction is looking for a great new talent with sound knowledge as described below to join us. <\/strong><strong>As an Assistant Project Manager, <\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>you are accountable for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for project scheduling, coordination, execution and budgetary control;<\/li>\n<li>Assist Project Manager in the planning and sequencing of daily construction operations;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess the sub-contractors&#8217; and suppliers&#8217; performance in terms of work and supplies;<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory role to supervise site staffs including performance review, hiring, coaching, site operations works in order to resolve any discrepancies and problems arise;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out work inspection and internal audit to ensure compliance to the standard requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project management skills with experience in managing projects from conceptual phase through to construction and commissioning;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity and understanding of engineering design, technical knowledge and specifications in the industry;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation and contract specifications;<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the management of construction project preferably in buildings and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Minimum Diploma in Civil\/ Structural\/Building Engineering\/ Construction Management.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Oversea graduated would be preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Requirement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-listLTR\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"98src\" data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Character<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Please drop your resume to <a href=\"mailto:klhq@nakano-const.com\">klhq@nakano-const.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>we are hiring &#8220;ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER&#8221; Nakano Construction is looking for a great new talent with sound knowledge as described below to join us.
