{"id":773,"date":"2021-12-22T15:00:01","date_gmt":"2021-12-22T15:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nakano-const.com\/?p=773"},"modified":"2021-12-23T08:34:19","modified_gmt":"2021-12-23T08:34:19","slug":"site-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nakano-const.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/22\/site-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"SITE ENGINEER"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>we are hiring<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8220;SITE ENGINEER&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h3><strong>Nakano Construction is looking for a great new talent with sound knowledge as described below to join us. <\/strong><strong>As A site engineer,<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>you are accountable for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Team Leader in the planning and sequencing of construction operations in accordance to the Project Safety Quality Plan (PSQP).<\/li>\n<li>Attend to client\u2019s representatives, vendors (subcontractors\u2019 and suppliers\u2019).<\/li>\n<li>Attend \/ involve in work inspection and internal audit to ensure compliance to the standard requirements of Integrated Management System (IMS).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Inspection on C&amp;S work done by vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the handing over of completed C&amp;S work to the client.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that updated drawings including shop drawings are used for construction and keep latest records in line with the requirements of IMS.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to C&amp;S rectification works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Qualification<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Diploma in Architectural \/ Civil \/ Structural \/ Building Engineering \/ Construction Management or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Oversea graduated would be preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Requirement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-listLTR\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"98src\" data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the management of construction project preferably in buildings and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Good project management skills with experience in managing projects from conceptual phase through to construction and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity and understanding of engineering design, technical knowledge and specifications in the industry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation and contract specification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Please drop your resume to <a href=\"mailto:klhq@nakano-const.com\">klhq@nakano-const.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>we are hiring &#8220;SITE ENGINEER&#8221; Nakano Construction is looking for a great new talent with sound knowledge as described below to join us.
