{"id":957,"date":"2021-12-22T13:00:28","date_gmt":"2021-12-22T13:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nakano-const.com\/?p=957"},"modified":"2021-12-23T08:35:03","modified_gmt":"2021-12-23T08:35:03","slug":"project-manager-pm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nakano-const.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/22\/project-manager-pm\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJECT MANAGER (PM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>we are hiring<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8220;PROJECT MANAGER&#8221;<\/h1>\n<h3>Nakano Construction is looking for a great new talent with sound knowledge as described below to join us as a Project Manager,<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>you are accountable for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify any special technical requirements, additional and alternative procedures for the project<\/li>\n<li>Organize and supervise project team members for the project (delegation of work);<\/li>\n<li>Plan and monitor the project execution duration (scheduling of tasks);<\/li>\n<li>Liaise closely with consultant, contract department and finance and administration department to ensure the implementations is within the budget, proper handled and controlled;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and resolve issues related to project such as cost implication, emergencies, delay of work, etc;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess the sub-contractors&#8217; and suppliers&#8217; performance in terms of work and supplies;<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory role to supervise site staffs including performance review, hiring, coaching,\u00a0site operations work in order to resolve any discrepancies and problems arise;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out work inspection and internal audit to ensure compliance to the standard requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project management skills with experience in managing projects from conceptual phase through to construction and commissioning;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity and understanding of engineering design, technical knowledge and specifications in the industry;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation and contract specifications;<\/li>\n<li>At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the management of construction project preferably in buildings and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Minimum Diploma in Civil\/ Structural\/Building Engineering\/ Construction Management.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<em><strong>Oversea graduated<\/strong><\/em> would be preferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Requirement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-listLTR\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"98src\" data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5r9rr-0-0\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Character<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation and contract specification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Please drop your resume to <a href=\"mailto:klhq@nakano-const.com\">klhq@nakano-const.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>we are hiring &#8220;PROJECT MANAGER&#8221;
